Bhalla Outstanding Student Scholarship

This award is made from the endowment fund by India Culture Center in honor of a donation made by Col Raj & Kanwal BHALLA for their valuable contribution towards promoting India Culture Center's charitable work in the Greater Houston Area.

The criteria to select the student will be point-based. It is only for college-bound Fall 2024 high-school seniors. It will be given only once per lifetime of the candidate. All the information provided by students will be considered highly private and shared only with the judges.
