(Bhalla Outstanding Student Scholarship)
This award is made from the endowment fund by India Culture Center in honor of a donation made by Col Raj & Kanwal BHALLA for their valuable contribution towards promoting India Culture Center’s charitable work in the Greater Houston Area.
The criteria to select the student will be point-based. It is only for college-bound Fall 2023 high-school seniors. It will be given only once per lifetime of the candidate. All the information provided in this email will be considered highly private and shared only with the judges.
