Booth Reservation Application

BOOTH INFORMATION: Each Booth will be 10’X10’ provided with one 6’ table, two chairs

RULES & REGULATIONS FOR BOOTHS
  1. Must follow instructions given by the coordinators during the event.
  2. No LOUD Music allowed in the booths during the event that interferes with the event ENTERTAINMENT program.
  3. Bring your own extension cord, plug outlets, surge protector, duct tape, staples, tacks, strings, or other items needed for your booth.
  4. NO SMOKING in the Area.
  5. If you have specific requests, please inform the coordinator as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
  6. FOR FOOD BOOTHS ONLY:
    • Bring three buckets (any size) and hand washing/dish washing soap, household bleach.
    • Bring a dispenser for hand washing- a container with a spigot or spout.
    • Bring hair restraints or caps for EACH food handler.
    • Bring proper equipment for maintaining foods hot or cold.
    • Bring chafmg dishes with Sterno, electrical warmers, ice chests with ice, freezer etc.
    • Bring your own ice, if you need it for your operations.
    • On a first come first served basis, ONLY three businesses will be allowed to sell one type of food item (e.g. the fourth business wanting to sell "SAMOSA" may have to change the menu if three other businesses have already signed up for the same item-SAMOSA)
    • 110V Electrical outlets are available.
    • No Liquor allowed. Any soft drinks can be sold.
  7. Booth Decorations:
    • Decorations should and must be confined inside of the booth only.
    • Decorations should not go either higher than the booth or outside of the booth.
    • Should not decorate the booth in such a way that it will obstruct the view of other booths.
  8. Do not distribute the flyers/marketing material outside of your booth, e.g. at the main entrance, or putting on the cars.
  9. Entire Payment for the booth must be received by the end of deadline. Unpaid booth will be released to the next name on the waiting list.
IF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FINDS ANY VIOLATIONS AT YOUR BOOTH, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE FINES.
